Psalm 27:12-14

¹²Do not hand me over to my enemies,
because ·they tell lies about [^Lfalse witnesses rise up against] me [Ex. 20:16]
and ·say they will hurt me [^Lthey breathe out violence].

¹³I truly believe
I will see the Lord’s goodness ·during my life [^Lin the land of the living].
¹⁴·Wait for [Hope in] the Lord’s help.
Be strong and let your heart be brave,
and ·wait for [hope in] the Lord’s help.
